1 Returns and Exchanges
1.1 What is the Return Policy?

 

We want all of our customers to be extremelly Happy with all of our products so..So Please Keep what you love. Send back what you don’t.

 Just send it back in an unused and resaleable condition within 14 days of when it was delivered to you.

1.2 How do I know if an item is returnable?

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. However, we want every customer to be happy with our products. If there is any issue with a final sale item you purchased, please contact Customer representative Terri at [email protected] or by phone at (478)304-5229. Please include your order number and the name of the item to expedite your inquiry.

1.3 What are the Return shipping and restocking fees?

Return shipping may apply based on your preferred form of credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

 Original Form of Payment

 Return shipping will be deducted from your refund when you choose to have your original form of payment credited. See below for more information about shipping and restocking fees.

 

FedEx items

 For items shipped via FedEx that are eligible for return, the return shipping fee will be the same as the original shipping costs. If the Shippings costs were free secondary to a promotion or discount code normal fedEx shipping rates will incur. Restocking Fees

Miller and Company does not charge a restocking fee

White-glove and entryway items

 For items shipped via white-glove or entryway delivery that are eligible for return, the return shipping fee will be a flat $275 fee per shipment and a $0 restocking fee per shipment.
